3. Navigation - Use the left-hand navigation to view the content in a section. |

4. Last Reviewed Date/Last Updated Date - Last Reviewed is the date that the content was reviewed for accuracy. Last Updated is the date that the content was changed. |

5. Locations - Click on link to view list of Study locations. |

6. Map - Click on the map to find state maps and list of locations by state. |
