Photo of Carl Hill, PhD, MPHDr. Hill is the Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) for Study Centers in California, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, Missouri, and Washington. He has worked with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Harris County (TX) Health Department, the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and most recently, as Health Scientist Administrator with the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development’s Division of Special Populations, NIH. His specific interests include assessing the role of fathers in child health and human development and the evaluation of community outreach/engagement. He is a founding member of the BYPPH Network, member of the Delta Omega (Alpha Lambda) society, member of the NIH Diversity Council, and current chairperson for the NIH Special Populations Research Forum. He earned his MPH from Morehouse School of Medicine and doctorate from the University of Michigan School of Public Health (HBHE) under the direction of Dr. Harold W. Neighbors.
