Program Analyst
National Children’s Study
Ms. Blackshear serves as a Program Analyst for the National Children’s Study Program Office. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University and MS in Human Resources Management from Troy State University. Before joining the National Children’s Study in 2007, she was the office administrator and served as a certified mediator for Peninsula Mediation and ADR in Williamsburg, VA. Within the Program Office, Ms. Blackshear is the Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) for the Study’s logistics contract. She also provides technical support of all administrative and office operations functions and assists the Study’s Budget Officer with budgetary matters.
